Coached a 26 man roster while training 17 of them to play football with no prior experience to win The Sean Taylor Classic Championship Game in the inaugural season of the program.
Taught the athletes how to avoid injuries during practice and games.
Over 70% of the team went on to elite high school teams and colleges.
Many of the best athletes followed the running back coach to the next team when they became of age.
